Description
The United States Air Force is seeking a contractor to repair the B-2 Transponder Set, NSN: 5895-01-383-4052FW. The contract will be a firm-fixed price (FFP) requirements contract. The contractor will be required to provide repair services for the transponder set, including repair management, material lay-in, and over and above services. The contract will have a 3-year basic period with one 2-year option period and an option for a 6-month extension. The contractor will be required to provide monthly reports and deliverables, including a Contract Depot Maintenance (CDM) Monthly Production Status Report, a Government Property (GP) Inventory Report, and a Supply Chain Risk Management (SCRM) Plan.

• The contractor will be required to submit a Bill of Materials (BOM) for Logistics and Supply Chain Risk Management.
• The contractor will be required to develop and provide a Corrective Action Plan with regard to breached or anticipated to be breached contractual requirements.
