The Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a qualified printer to produce two Navy manuals under a small‑purchase RFQ. The work includes acquiring PDF files, performing pre‑flight checks, high‑quality black‑ink printing on waterproof synthetic paper, black spiral‑coil binding, packaging, and delivery of 20 copies of each manual to the U.S. Coast Guard in Fort Eustis, VA by June 12, 2026. The contractor must comply with GPO Quality Level 3 standards, submit a press‑quality PDF proof for government approval, and provide shipment notifications and proper labeling.
• Print 20 copies of a 5½ × 4 in landscape manual (jacket 470‑357) and 20 copies of an 8½ × 11 in portrait manual (jacket 470‑358).
• Use JCP Code O90 waterproof synthetic paper (14 mil covers, 5 mil text), black‑ink only printing, and black spiral binding (left‑edge coil).
• Deliver finished books to USCG PSU 305, Fort Eustis, VA no later than 12 June 2026, with required distribution notices and GPO Form 905 labeling.
