Pre-Solicitation Notice - Common ALE-47/DCDU (Digital Contract Display Unit) RFQ and CLIN Addition for Parts

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a delivery order on a sole source basis to BAE Systems for the procurement of D-49/ALE-47 1x1 and 1x2 Dispenser systems. The requirement is for Lot Acceptance Testing (LAT) for Government and Production entities to perform testing to support Fiscal Year (FY) 2027 through FY 2030 for U.S. Navy and Other Customer requirements. • The acquisition is being pursued on a sole-source basis due to BAE being the sole designer, developer, manufacturer, and integrator of the system. • Interested and capable parties may submit a Capability Statement for consideration. • The Government will evaluate submitted Capability Statements to determine whether a competitive procurement strategy is feasible. • Any vendor interested in subcontracting opportunities should contact BAE Systems directly.
