Description
The City of Chandler is seeking bids for the Lindsay Road Improvements project, which includes widening Lindsay Road from Ocotillo Road to Hunt Highway, adding four traffic lanes, ADA upgrades, bike lanes, sidewalks, curb and gutter, street lighting, traffic signals, storm drainage, and other improvements. The project must be completed within 790 consecutive calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The Engineer's Estimate range is $30 - $32 Million.
• The project requires a variety of work, including construction surveying and layout, GPS data collection, erosion control, mobilization and demobilization, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, subgrade preparation, aggregate base course, asphaltic concrete pavement, and more.
• The project also involves the installation of utilities, including waterlines, sewer pipes, and electrical conduits.
• The contractor must ensure that all work is completed in accordance with the project plans and specifications, and that all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
• The contractor must also ensure that all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner, with minimal disruption to traffic and the surrounding community.
