Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a quotation for the supply of an underwater rod meter. The rod meter must meet specific technical requirements, including those outlined in the attached solicitation documents. The quotation must include pricing, delivery information, and other relevant details. The DLA intends to make a single award to the eligible, responsible, technically acceptable offeror whose offer is determined to be most advantageous to the government, with past performance considered more important than price.
