Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is conducting market research to identify potential sources capable of providing OEM-authorized spare parts, repairable component overhaul services, technical support, and training for the FM-MAN 16V 28/33D STC Main Propulsion Diesel Engines installed onboard the Offshore Patrol Cutter (OPC) fleet. The contractor will be required to provide life-cycle support, including OEM-authorized spare parts, overhaul services, technical support, and training. The contract is expected to be a single-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with firm-fixed-price (FFP) delivery orders.

• The FM-MAN 16V 28/33D STC engine is a highly specialized, proprietary system that requires OEM-authorized life-cycle support.
• The contractor must be able to provide OEM-authorized spare parts, repairable component overhaul services, technical support, and training.
