CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMBLY

The US Government is seeking a contractor to provide Circuit Card Assemblies. The contract will be for a 5-year period, with a guaranteed minimum quantity of 48 units and a maximum quantity of 180 units. The contractor must provide a First Article Test Report. The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. • The contractor must provide supplies that meet the contract requirements, including performance, reliability, and life expectancy. • The contractor must have a quality-assurance system to ensure the quality of the contract items. • The contractor must provide a description of their quality system, including how it achieves defect prevention, provides process control, and ensures adequate quality controls. • The contractor must provide a Technical Data Package, which includes the design, manufacturing, and testing requirements for the Circuit Card Assemblies. • The contractor must provide a Supply Chain Traceability Documentation to ensure the authenticity of the supplied items.
