Description
The Gwinnett County Board of Commissioners is seeking qualified contractors to construct a new Fire Station #3, including a replacement building, parking lots, a trailhead comfort station, and associated trails. Bids must be sealed, submitted electronically or in person by September 30, 2026, and will be opened virtually. A pre‑bid conference (optional but strongly encouraged) is scheduled for September 9, 2026 via Microsoft Teams. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; a 5 % bid bond, and 100 % performance and payment bonds are required, along with insurance meeting specific rating criteria.
