Description
The Oklahoma Air National Guard is seeking to purchase a Tronair 15-7609-6000-FJ Cabin Pressure Test Set and a Nano Water Separator Assembly. The test set must meet specific salient characteristics, including operating with an on-board battery and charger, having a continuous duty air supply, and meeting certain pressure and flow rate requirements. The Nano Water Separator Assembly must also meet specific requirements, including being manufactured from die-cast aluminum and having a rated flow rate of 175 SCFM.
• The test set must have a detachable cabin supply hose with quick disconnect and a replaceable air inlet filter element.
• The test set must have certified gauges for cabin pressure, system pressure, and door seal pressure.
• The test set must have a certified flow meter and a maximum shop air supply of 150 psi.
• The Nano Water Separator Assembly must be manufactured in an ISO 9001 approved facility and tested in accordance with ISO 12500-4.
• The assembly must have a housing manufactured from die-cast aluminum and polyester powder coated for optimum corrosion protection.
