The U.S. Department of Interior (DOI), U.S. Geological Survey is seeking a Brand Name or Equal Mercury 115 ELPTO 4-Stroke Motor. The motor should have a minimum of 115 HP, command thrust lower unit, prop driven, remote steering, power trim, electronic fuel injection, and a shaft length of 20 inches. The motor should also have an electric start. The delivery date for the motor is August 17, 2026.
• The motor should meet the minimum characteristics specified in the solicitation.
• The offeror should provide technical brochures or specifications to demonstrate that the proposed equipment meets or exceeds the minimum characteristics.
• The offeror should quote authentic, manufacturer-certified products in original, intact manufacturer's packaging.
• No "Gray Market", counterfeit, used, or resale items will be considered.
