Description
The Government requires a vendor to produce and distribute 5,718 printed pamphlets (28 pages + cover, 8½″ × 11″) for the Navy and Marine Corps Aviation Safety Magazine (Vol. 68, No. 2, Summer 2026). The job must be executed using a single printing method (offset or digital) that meets Quality Level III specifications, with supplied PDF artwork and a distribution list of ~1,178 locations. The contractor must provide a press‑quality PDF soft proof, a hard‑copy pre‑production sample, and ship the finished pamphlets using USPS (Media Mail, First Class, or Standard Post) or, if unavailable, UPS/FedEx Ground, including all shipping costs. Delivery is required by 07/02/2026 (FOB destination) with same‑day shipment notification to DLA, Naval Safety Command, and GPO. All quotes must be entered via the GPO Publish website and a W‑9 must be on file before payment.
• Production of 5,718 saddle‑stitched, four‑color, UV‑coated pamphlets on JCP A180 (70 lb) text stock and JCP L10 (80 lb) cover stock.
• Proofing: one press‑quality PDF soft proof (content only) and one hard‑copy sample (delivered within 3 workdays of PDF approval).
• Packaging & shipping: envelope/carton or shrink‑film packs; no labels on the pamphlet itself; preferred carrier USPS with tracking.
