Description
The U.S. Navy is seeking a qualified civil/paving contractor to reconstruct and realign the Wallace Creek Service Road on Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, NC. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, lowest‑price award with an estimated value of $5‑10 million and a performance window of roughly two years. Scope includes full road reconstruction, utility relocations, demolition of existing structures, contaminated soil handling, storm‑water management, and optional landscaping or additional excavations.
