Indo-PACOM M-68 Inert Claymore Mine Training Kits and Inert Underwater Limpet Mine Training Devices

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Orlando (ACC-Orlando) is conducting market research to identify potential sources for the procurement of M-68 Inert Claymore Mine Training Kits and Inert Underwater Limpet Mine Training Devices on behalf of an Indo-PACOM country. The requirement consists of providing 70 M-68 Inert Claymore Mine Training Kits and 55 Inert Underwater Limpet Mine Training Devices. These requirements are strictly for Commercial Off the Shelf (COTS) inert devices to support hands-on field training. • The M-68 Claymore Mine Training Kits and Underwater Limpet Mine Training Devices provide the Indo-PACOM country’s Armed Forces with increased capabilities to train, mentor, and expand their capabilities. • The anticipated NAICS code for this requirement is 332993 (Ammunition (except Small Arms) Manufacturing). • The security classification level of this contract will not exceed Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI). • Any resulting contract shall be compliant with the domestic source restriction for specialty metals (10 U.S.C. 4863) in accordance with DFARS clauses 252.225-7008 (Restriction on Acquisition of Specialty Metals) and 252.225-7009 (Restriction on Acquisition of Certain Articles Containing Specialty Metals).
