Description
The United States Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a solicitation for a Small Business Set-Aside for the procurement of a Hydraulic Pump, NSN: 4320-01-432-2680. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. The estimated quantity is 8 EA. The contractor shall provide the item in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in the Technical Data Package (TDP). The TDP is available through the System for Award Management (SAM) website.
• The contractor must have a current DD 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) to access the TDP.
• The contractor must submit a proposal that meets all the material requirements of the solicitation.
• The Government will award a contract to the offeror that submits the lowest evaluated offer and meets all the responsibility criteria at FAR 9.104.
