Description
The 42nd Contracting Squadron at Maxwell AFB intends to award a sole source contract to Eric Benken for providing a First Sergeant Academy Guest Speaker on Courageous Leadership. The contractor will be required to provide training materials, create and modify a two-hour instruction on courageous leadership, and incorporate exchanges to enable students to become more self-aware of their strengths and areas for improvement. The period of performance will be from 23 February 2026 to 22 February 2027, with options to extend for up to four years.
• The contractor must provide digital copies of course preparatory work, presentation materials, and workbooks.
• The contractor must incorporate exchanges that will enable each member to become more self-aware of strengths as well as areas that can be improved upon in their personal and professional lives.
• The contractor must provide digital intuitive style presentation and portable student handouts that reinforce personality-based communication and productivity tools.
• The contractor must be registered in the DoD System for Award Management (SAM) and be eligible to process invoices through Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
