Synopsis - Sole-Source Modification for Procurement of FMQ-23 Weather Systems

The Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC), Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) is seeking to modify an existing Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Mesotech International Inc. for the procurement of new FMQ-23 fixed-base weather systems and their proprietary parts. The Government has determined that Mesotech International Inc. is the only source capable of providing the required systems and proprietary parts. • The existing contract is for the maintenance and lifecycle support of these systems. • The Government is seeking capability statements from interested parties, which should be brief and preferably not exceed 3 pages. • The submissions must be sent via email to the Point of Contact by 25 February 2026. • The Government will not pay for any information received in response to this notice nor compensate respondents for costs incurred in developing a response.
