287th Street Reconstruction & 2026 Asphalt Corrective Maintenance Program-Construction

Miami County is seeking bids for contracted work on two projects: 287th Street Reconstruction and 2026 Asphalt Corrective Maintenance Program. The projects include reconstruction of 287th Street and Osawatomie Road, as well as mill and overlays at various locations. The contract time is set for 90 calendar days for the reconstruction project and 120 working days for the maintenance program. The bid will also consist of two bid alternates. The successful bidder will be required to provide equipment, supplies, and services as specified in the RFB. • The contract will be for an approximate twelve-month period from the date of the notice of award. • The county reserves the right to renew the contract if mutually agreed upon by both parties. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a comprehensive warranty for the equipment bid upon. • The bidder must furnish a statement covering the length of time that parts and services are available after delivery. • The bidder must provide operator training sufficient to ensure efficient operations of the bid product(s).
