The Kansas City Area Transportation Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to upgrade its central paint‑booth facilities, including removal of existing equipment, installation of new exhaust fans, makeup‑air units, control panels, roof safety rails, and associated mechanical, electrical, and fire‑protection integration. The scope also covers selective demolition, HVAC testing, and full as‑built documentation with warranties and maintenance bonds.
• Replace and upgrade paint‑booth ventilation and control systems to meet NFPA 33 and local code requirements.
