Description
The NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support is requesting a quote for the repair of NIIN 016504230, also known as RDP. The contractor is expected to provide a firm-fixed price or TT&E pricing, as well as estimated costs for the repair. The Small Business Administration has determined that this procurement is not a small business set-aside. The contract will be issued by the Government when deposited in the mail, transmitted by facsimile, or sent by any electronic commerce method, including email. The Government's acceptance of the contractor's proposal constitutes bilateral agreement to issue this contract.
• The contractor must provide a quote that includes either a firm-fixed price or TT&E pricing, as well as estimated costs to repair the item.
• The contractor must comply with the preservation, packaging, packing, and marking requirements specified in the contract.
• The contractor must provide reusable NSN containers for maritime material, and the Government will provide reusable NSN containers for aviation material.
• The contractor must request reusable containers from the Government at least 90 days prior to the anticipated shipping date for new procurements, and 30 days prior for repair contracts.
