Description
The State of California, through the Department of Consumer Affairs, is seeking to lease approximately ± 7,400 net usable square feet of office space in the Riverside‑San Bernardino‑Ontario‑Rancho Cucamonga corridor, together with required parking and EV charging stalls. The property must be asbestos‑free, meet seismic, ADA, California Building Code, Title 24, and Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise requirements, and preferably hold LEED or Energy Star certification. Submissions must include the property address, map, and project number (16697) and be sent by the response deadline.
• Approx. ± 7,400 NUSF office space in the specified Southern‑California cities.
• Mandatory compliance with asbestos‑free, seismic, ADA, Title 24, and DVBE standards; preference for LEED/Energy Star.
• Parking requirement: “to code” plus 25 exclusive fleet stalls, of which 16 must be EVSE‑equipped.
