The University is seeking a qualified contractor to renovate approximately 570 GSF of existing locker‑room space in Willett Hall, converting it into two ADA‑compliant family restrooms and a single shower, with associated mechanical, electrical, and plumbing upgrades.
• Convert former men’s locker‑room shower area into two single‑family ADA restrooms and one shower.
• Perform demolition, CMU wall work, new plumbing, HVAC tie‑ins, electrical updates, and install a self‑leveling Gypcrete floor system where required.
• Complete the work within a 90‑day construction window, adhering to Virginia state codes, campus safety standards, and a 20 % Small‑Business participation requirement.
• All work must be performed on‑site at Longwood University’s Willett Hall, with required fencing, lock‑up, contractor ID cards, and parking permits.
