The work will be performed by qualified technicians with experience in electric gate repair and maintenance. • The contractor is responsible for labor and materials. • A mandatory site visit is required on Thursday, 18 DEC at 10:00 AM. • The contractor must meet in the parking lot next to the main gate of the NLT 9:45 AM and will be escorted to the building from there. • The contractor must provide quality checks throughout the project to ensure compliance with industry standards and client expectations.
