Description
The solicitation is for a three-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract for Initiating Propellant. The guaranteed minimum to be ordered under the contract is 599 units, and the maximum amount that can be ordered is 4,200 units. The contract requires the contractor to provide DoD unique identification or a DoD recognized unique identification equivalent. The contractor must also provide a test plan and procedure for Government approval. The contract includes provisions for inspection and acceptance, packaging and marking, and shipping.

• A pre-award safety survey is required for the successful offeror.
• Monthly progress reports are required upon receipt of award.
• Government-furnished materials are required.
