Description
The Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice is seeking a qualified vendor to provide temporary hot asphalt repairs to the North Entrance Roadway and Interior Roadways at the Peace Center at Saint Charles. The scope of work includes removing the existing surface, estimating patch areas, removing surface, proof rolling, and visually inspecting to determine exact patch areas. The vendor must also prepare the surface for sufficient water drainage, install a structurally sound sub-base, and add suitable aggregate materials. The project must be completed by 12/31/2026.
• The vendor must provide labor, equipment, and materials for the project.
• The vendor must ensure that all work is performed in accordance with the Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) standard specifications for hot mix asphalt.
• The vendor must maintain accurate records of all work performed, including hours worked and materials used.
• The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The vendor must provide proof of insurance and bonding as required by the State of Illinois.
