The State of Maryland's Department of Information Technology is seeking a Master Contractor to provide data telecommunications services for various State locations. The services will include internet connectivity and will be provided for a period of 2 years. The contractor will be required to meet certain technical requirements and provide maintenance support on a 24x7x365 basis. The evaluation criteria for this proposal will be based on the lowest proposed price for each location and Functional Area. • The proposal must include a technical proposal and a financial proposal. • The technical proposal must include a brief description of services, an updated on-net list, a timeline for installation, and a list of assumptions. • The financial proposal must include a price sheet, a description of assumptions, and an acknowledgment that all proposed prices shall be valid for 120 days. • The contractor must also provide a conflict of interest affidavit and a signed price sheet. • The contract will be awarded to the Master Contractor that submits the most advantageous offer.
