Description
The Mecosta-Osceola ISD is inviting bids for a bathroom renovation project. The project involves selective demolition, masonry, general trades, lath, plaster, drywall, and acoustical work, as well as flooring, painting, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical work. The successful bidder will be required to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete the project. The project is expected to be completed in a lump sum basis, and the bidder must provide a bid bond or bid security in the amount of 5% of the total base bid.
