The U.S. Navy’s Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard & Intermediate Maintenance Facility is seeking a sole‑source contractor to repair, evaluate, and perform an ISO/IEC 17025‑accredited calibration on a Fluke 910R Rubidium frequency reference. The contractor must be an authorized Fluke service provider, hold ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation, and use only genuine OEM parts. Work includes disassembly, root‑cause analysis, a written evaluation within five business days, a firm‑fixed‑price quote, repair (upon approval), and a full calibration with NIST traceability, followed by delivery of the instrument and certification back to the shipyard. Shipping is FOB destination to Pearl Harbor, HI.
