The U.S. Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal is soliciting a five‑year, firm‑fixed‑price, sole‑source requirements contract for the supply of Environmental Control Units (ECU) F100‑60 in two color variants (Tan and Green). The contract will be awarded to HDT Expeditionary Systems, Inc., and will allow the Government to place multiple delivery orders over a five‑year period, with a maximum ceiling of 313 Tan units and 54 Green units (total 367 units). Delivery must commence no earlier than 250 days after award, with a defined cadence for each ordering year.
