Invitation For Bid: 26th Street and Laurel Road Traffic Signal

The City of Rogers is seeking a qualified contractor to install a new traffic signal at the intersection of 26th Street and Laurel Road. The contractor will provide all labor, equipment, and materials required to complete the signal system, including poles, mast arms, controller cabinet, wiring, conduit, pull boxes, detection equipment, and concrete foundations. The work also includes any necessary roadway boring for conduit, traffic control during construction, and coordination with city officials. • Install city‑provided traffic signal equipment (poles, mast arms, controller, wiring, conduit, detection). • Provide and install concrete foundations, anchor bolts, and cages for poles; perform any required boring under the roadway. • Manage all site traffic control, safety measures, and coordinate with the City Clerk’s Office for permit and inspection processes.
