Description
The City of Fall River is soliciting bids for the Northfield Point Site Improvements. The project involves site improvements for the City of Fall River Redevelopment Authority. The bid packages can be obtained electronically through the City's e-Procurement Portal. Sealed bids must be received no later than 2:00 pm on May 21, 2026. The bids will be opened, witnessed, and results made public.
* The current MBE and WBE participation goals for building construction and design awards will be a combined MBE/WBE goal as follows: 10.4% combined MBE/WBE participation on construction contract awards and 17.9% combined MBE/WBE participation on design contract awards.
* OSHA Training is required.
* Bids are subject to M.G.L Chapter 30- Section 39M and to Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates.
* A bid deposit of 5% of the total value of the bid is required, as well as a Performance and Payment bond in the amount equal to 100% of the total amount of the contract price with a surety company qualified to do business in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
