Description
The USNS COMFORT requires wire rope for its operations. The Military Sealift Command is soliciting quotes for the procurement of wire rope, with a required delivery date of January 5, 2026. The quote should include the price, technical capability of the item, and other factors as specified in the solicitation. The Government will evaluate quoted pricing for reasonableness and technical capability to meet the requirements. The successful quoter will be required to accept the purchase order in writing.
• The required items are: WIRE ROPE, GOVERNOR, 3/8 DIA X 195 FT LONG (2 units) and WIRE ROPE ASSEMBLY, 5/8 DIA 330 FT LONG (1 unit)
