Upham Gate Valve Replacement Project

The City of Upham is seeking contractors to replace aging gate valves and perform associated street repairs as part of its stormwater improvement program. • Replace nine 6” gate valves and their underground boxes (complete units). • Perform street repairs and restoration at each valve location (approximately one lane per site). • Provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment in compliance with 2025 NDDOT specifications and federal CDBG requirements. • Submit sealed bids with a 5% bid bond and include the contractor’s North Dakota license. • Complete the work by November 27 2026; liquidated damages of $500 per day apply for late completion.
