Description
The Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is seeking to gain knowledge of interest, capabilities, and qualifications of various members of the community, including small and large businesses, for the production of the Hand Held Assay (HHA). The HHA is an antibody-based test strip used to detect and identify agents, specifically Ricin and Staphylococcal Enterotoxin B (SEB). The survey aims to assist ACC-DTA in planning its acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition.
• The HHA is part of the Joint Chemical Biological Radiological Water Monitor (JCBRAWM).
• The estimated quantity for the HHA is 132 BX.
• The Technical Data Package (TDP) associated with this procurement will only be made available to vendors if/when a solicitation is released.
• First Article Testing (FAT) is required.
• Vendors are encouraged to complete the survey and return it via email to George Campbell by 1:00 p.m. EST on Friday, 29-May-2026.
