Sustainable Agricultural Lands Conservation (SALC) Strategic Plan

The City of Tulare is seeking a consultant to prepare a Sustainable Agricultural Lands Conservation (SALC) Strategic Plan. The plan will focus on agricultural land conservation and recognize co-benefits such as groundwater recharge, biological resources, reduction in vehicle miles traveled, and economic development. The selected consultant will work with the City and stakeholders to develop a strategic plan that meets the City's planning priorities and the State's SALC program requirements.
