Description
The City of Austin is seeking a contractor to provide planned, corrective, predictive, and preventative maintenance, as well as minor upgrades, for the Sand Hill Energy Center Unit 5 Combined Cycle plant. The contractor will be responsible for performing maintenance services on the gas turbine 7FA and steam turbine D-11. The contract will be for a period of 9 years, with two optional 3-year extensions. The contractor will be required to provide a price proposal, technical plan, and experience and personnel information.
