The Defense Logistics Agency is seeking a supplier for a liquid level switch. The solicitation is being issued under EAF authority, and the synopsis is waived due to urgency. The offerors are advised that offers received from sources which are not government-approved sources of supply will be deemed technically unacceptable. The potential offers shall provide newly manufactured spares only, and refurbished, remanufactured, or repaired material will not be acceptable. • The solicitation is for a critical safety item, and DFARS clause 252.209-7010 is incorporated by reference. • Procurement Note E05 (DLAD 46.292) is hereby incorporated by reference. • The contractor must provide a warranty for the supplies, and the warranty period is 12 months. • The contractor must comply with the Buy American-Free Trade Agreements-Balance of Payments Program-Basic. • The contractor must provide a royalty information statement.
