Description
The U.S. Air Force is seeking a single‑source contractor to perform comprehensive commercial auto body and structural repair on a 2019 Pierce Saber fire apparatus (registration AF19L00242). The contractor must be an authorized Pierce Manufacturing repair facility or employ EVT‑certified technicians, provide all labor, tools, OEM parts, and facilities, and complete the work to factory specifications, including paint and reflective striping. The repaired vehicle will be delivered by the government to the contractor’s shop, and final acceptance will be performed by the Beale AFB Vehicle Management Flight after a quality‑control inspection.
• Repair structural damage to passenger rear cab and cab steps.
• Replace fender flairs and rear compartment door with new latch/handle assembly.
• Perform OEM‑approved painting and color‑matching, including reflective striping.
• Provide all necessary tools, equipment, and OEM parts.
• Must submit capability statement and proof of authorized Pierce repair status by 24 Sep 2026.
