Budget estimate

$1,500,000 – $3,000,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate without knowing the hourly rate that will be bid by the vendor. However, considering the scope of work, which includes providing all vehicles, personnel, labor, equipment, permits, fees, insurance, taxes, mileage, etc. for the treatment of approximately 6,000 applications over a three-year period, the total budget could be substantial. Assuming an average hourly rate of $100 per hour, and considering that the crew will work 8-hour days, 5 days a week, for approximately 6 months per year (from April to October), the total budget for the three-year period could be in the range of $1.5 million to $3 million, depending on the actual hourly rate bid by the vendor and the number of hours worked per year. This estimate is highly speculative and should be used as a rough order of magnitude. The actual budget will depend on various factors, including the vendor's bid price, the number of hours worked, and the actual costs incurred by the vendor.
