Description
The U.S. Navy is soliciting quotes for RF Concepts brand name antennas. The solicitation is reserved for small business respondents only. The government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis. The offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability.
* Key features of the solicitation:
+ The government will award the contract to the vendor that submits the lowest, aggregate, firm fixed-price, brand name quote.
+ If two or more quotes are equal, the award shall be made by drawing of lot limited to valid quotes.
+ The contract file shall contain the names and addresses of the witnesses and the person supervising the drawing.

- SAM UEID#:
- Cage Code:
- Business Size:
- GSA or SEWP Contract #:
- Estimated delivery time after issuance of purchase order:

+ The offeror must submit all quotes via email to Cathleen Emmart at [email protected] no later than 4:00 PM EST on 3 February 2026 for consideration.
+ The offeror must be registered in System for Award Management (Sam.Gov) and provide their SAM UEID# with their response.
