Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division is seeking information from potential sources to provide depot level repairs and upgrades of LM2500 Titanium Compressor Stator Cases, Steel Compressor Stator Cases, Compressor Rear Frames, and Power Turbine Stator Cases. The required services include incoming assessment, cleaning and stripping, repairs to worn/cracked areas, implementation of upgrade components/features, application of protective coating, and final inspections.
• The contractor shall provide the repair and upgrade services to General Electric LM2500 model: 7LM2500-PF-MLG34 (highest configuration).
• The contractor shall be a General Electric Aircraft Engine certified repair activity.
• The Navy will provide government furnished material (assemblies) that will require repair and upgrade to ready for issue condition and the latest configuration.
• The contractor shall provide information on their supply/service, including company name, address, phone number, primary contact(s), email address, NAICS code(s), business size, and DUNS Number.
