Description
The U.S. Department of the Interior is seeking to purchase two mini-split style ductless air conditioner/heat pump systems for supplemental temperature adjustment of under-ventilated workspaces. The required systems include a dual-zone wall-mounted mini-split heat pump system with 36,000 BTU and a single-zone wall-mounted mini-split heat pump system with 30,000 BTU. The delivery date should be no later than 30 days after award, and the systems should be new, genuine, and free of counterfeit components.
• The systems must meet or exceed the salient characteristics specified in the Statement of Work.
• The offeror must provide a completed pricing schedule and confirm compliance with the Statement of Work.
• The offeror must provide a technical quote that demonstrates their ability to provide systems meeting the requirements.
• The offeror must provide a statement confirming that the equipment is off-the-shelf and pre-charged with refrigerant.
