Request for Quotes (RFQ) 260000011 - H18 Glycol Mix Replacement

The Department of Military and Veterans Affairs (DMVA) is seeking quotes for the replacement and disposal of approximately 1,500-2,000 gallons of 50% propylene glycol/50% water (50/50 mix) at the Alaska Air National Guard. The contractor must pick up the existing mix, transport it, and dispose of it properly, and then deliver 2,000 gallons of new 50/50 mix to the mechanical room. The project must be completed within 30 calendar days after contract award. Key responsibilities include providing all necessary materials, equipment, labor, and transportation, as well as obtaining required permits and licenses, coordinating site access, and demobilizing and cleaning up the work site. • The contractor must have the capability to safely remove the 50/50 mix from containers and transport and dispose of it properly. • The contractor must deliver 2,000 gallons of new 50/50 mix to the mechanical room. • The project must be completed within 30 calendar days after contract award. • The contractor is responsible for notifying the DMVA Project Manager or Designee prior to mobilization, during operations, and after completion. • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and borough regulations, codes, and laws.
