Description
The United States Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA) is issuing a solicitation for a Small Business Set-Aside for the procurement of a Glow Conversion Kit. The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed Price contract with a one-year buying option. The kit is described as a Conversion Kit, Glow, with a National Stock Number (NSN) of 2815-01-560-3817 and a Part Number of 57K6588. The estimated quantity is 293 units, and the unit of issue is each. The contractor will be responsible for producing the shop or process drawings needed to cover intermediate steps in the manufacturing process.
• The contractor must comply with the packaging and marking requirements specified in Section D of the solicitation.
• The contractor must provide a Technical Data Package (TDP) as specified in Section C of the solicitation.
• The contractor must submit a proposal via email to the Contract Specialist, with a copy to the Contracting Officer.
• The proposal must include a signed copy of the offer, with all required information and certifications.
• The contractor must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have a current DD 2345, Militarily Critical Technical Data Agreement on file with the Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS).
