Description
The United States Coast Guard is seeking a vendor to provide Teledyne Integrated Network Video System (INVS) Gold Service Forward Looking Infrared (FLIR) Latitude software licensing maintenance support for FY26. This is a brand-name requirement, and no substitutes will be accepted. The purchase order resulting from this solicitation will be issued as a firm-fixed price purchase order. The USCG intends to award the purchase order based on the lowest-price technically acceptable quote.
• The period of performance for this requirement includes a 12-Month Base Year and Four (4) Option Years.
• The USCG requires the vendor to provide a quote that includes cost breakdown, unit price, extended price, payment terms, and discount offered for prompt payment.
• The vendor must be a small business concern, and the USCG will verify the vendor size status through review of the vendor’s registration information as provided on SAM.gov.
• The quote must be valid for 30 calendar days after close of solicitation, and the USCG reserves the right to reject any quote that includes exceptions and/or deviations from the USCG’s requirements.
