The Marine Corps Installation East (MCIEAST) Regional Contracting Office intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order to LeadsOnline, LLC for investigative database services. The services include a web-based database that allows criminal investigators to review local and national transaction histories, including pawn shops, secondhand stores, scrap metal recycling, and online marketplace content. The contractor will provide online subscription access to the Leads Online Investigation System Database, which is mission critical to the Provost Marshal's Office (PMO) and contributes to timely investigative support to tenant commands aboard the installation.
