Miller Field, Valentine, NE: Replace Precision Approach Path Indicators on Runway 14/32 & 3/21

This project involves the replacement of Precision Approach Path Indicator (PAPI) lighting systems on Miller Field’s two runways (Runway 14/32 and Runway 3/21). The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to remove the existing PAPI units, install new units on the existing foundations, and construct concrete skirts as required. The work is limited to four linear items (4 LS) of PAPI replacement and associated concrete work. No pre‑bid meeting is required; site visits can be arranged with the City’s representative.
