Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Single Award Construction Contracts (SACC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is seeking information from potential contractors for the Single Award Construction Contracts (SACC) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicles. The SACC IDIQ is intended to provide a critical in-place contractual mechanism to meet the evolving infrastructure needs at numerous Department of Homeland Security (DHS) ICE facilities. The IDIQs will support general construction, alteration, modification, maintenance and repair, demolition, design-build, Building Information Modelling (BIM), and new construction of buildings, facilities, and real property. • General design and construction management • Site planning and environmental planning assessment • Alteration, modification, and renovation of existing facilities • Maintenance and repair of existing buildings and infrastructure • Demolition of structures and facilities • Engineering analysis and site assessments • Design-build renovation and new construction services
