UC-12W+ Aircraft Procurement

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to Textron Aviation for the production of UC-12W+ aircraft. The contract includes a seven-year ordering period with an additional three option years. The scope of work includes the production of FAA Type-Certified, Commercial Cargo/Passenger Transport aircraft, non-recurring engineering, training, engineering change proposals, and initial spares to sustain the UC-12W aircraft. • The contract is for the production of UC-12W+ aircraft, a variant of the Beechcraft King Air 350. • The contract includes non-recurring engineering, training, engineering change proposals, and initial spares. • The performance location is Wichita, Kansas. • The contract is being awarded on a sole source basis to Textron Aviation.
