The supplier must meet strict DFARS Item Unique Identification (IUID) marking, MIL‑STD‑130/129 packaging, ISO 9001:2000 quality standards, and provide immediate reporting of engine‑management events. Delivery of the fuel‑control units is required at DLA Distribution Depot Oklahoma, Tinker AFB, OK, on or before 10 Apr 2028, with FOB‑Origin terms. The CEMS reporting service must be performed within one business day of any qualifying event.
