Description
The Air National Guard, 180th Fighter Wing (180FW/MXG), intends to award a firm-fixed-price purchase order on a sole-source basis for specialized Aircraft Metals Maintenance Reamers. These precision tools are required for the sizing and finishing of aircraft landing gear bearing surfaces. The contractor must provide new, unused precision reamers in accordance with the specified part numbers and quantities identified, and meet standard industry specifications for dimensional accuracy, material quality, and durability suitable for aircraft maintenance applications.
• The required tools are piloted high-speed steel reamers with reduced shank and drive square.
• The tools must conform to highly specialized tolerances and Lockheed Martin Technical Order (T.O.) 1F-16CG-2-32GS-00-1, and any other applicable tech data.
• The acquisition will improve maintenance efficiency, reduce downtime, and ensure mission readiness.
• The vendor shall provide the tools within 8 weeks After Receipt of Order (ARO).
